The Rivers Edge Cafe is truly a one of a kind
of place - you can dine in an antique house, and if you are lucky,
you can get one of the prime seats on the porch overlooking the
sparkling Youghigheny River. Before dinner you can stroll through
the gardens with a glass of wine or sit on a bench under a huge
maple tree. I've gotten around, and the owner has travelled all
over the world, and neither of us knows of another restaurant
like it - a restored Victorian home in a lush natural setting
of trees and gardens set on a short knoll above a pristine river
